Magnesium

Magnesium is a vital nutrient. It supports regulate blood pressure. It also manages insulin sensitivity. Supplemental magnesium may promote insulin sensitivity in diabetics.

A high magnesium food may also reduce the risk of the diabetic. Researchers have discovered a link between higher magnesium inputs, lower rates of insulin resistance, and diabetic.
