If you’ve ever woken up & couldn’t move your body you may have undergone sleep paralysis. When some people accuse this position of being possessed with an evil being, it’s actually a sign that you are not moving easily through the stages of sleep.
Sleep paralysis is a sense of being conscious but unable to move. It happens when a person passes between stages of wakefulness & sleep. Throughout these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few moments.

Sleep driving is often caused by certain prescription sleep aids that work by shutting off your conscious mind so you can go to sleep. If you don’t follow the directions properly, and you own an overactive sub-conscious mind, you could be going for drives without even knowing it. Sometimes that drive doesn’t end well and has even landed some people in jail.
